You will manage and maintain the networked computer systems, hardware, and applications.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain networked computer systems, including hardware, system software, and applications.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
Monitor system performance to ensure security and operational stability.
Manage secure data storage, regular backups, and disaster recovery protocols.
Document technical processes and provide technical support to users.
Replace or upgrade defective and outdated components as required.

Required Skills

1-4 years of experience in system administration, network administration, or database administration.
Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and protocols.
Experience with scripting and automation tools.
Working knowledge of virtualization and VMware or equivalent technologies.
Expertise in security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
Proven ability to develop and implement IT strategy and plans.
Experience implementing helpdesk and IT operations best practices.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, System Administration, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

System administration and IT certifications in Linux or Microsoft.
