Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
Engage with potential clients to understand business needs and pitch company solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and presentation through negotiation and closure.
Translate client needs into solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and detailed documentation.
Assist in solution scoping, costing, and proposal preparation with technical teams.

Required Skills

1-3 years of proven experience in business development, business analysis, or pre-sales roles, preferably in IT/Software.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and software project lifecycles.
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
Ability to conduct product demos and walkthroughs for prospective clients.
Familiarity with technical concepts including Microsoft Azure and Cloudformation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
