Required Work Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.

Job Description: 

  • Reception Management 
  • Travel Management - Flight and Hotel Booking 
  • Vendor Invoice Scrutiny 
  • Coordinating with Third Party vendors for New Manpower requirement / Resolution of any escalation from branches 
  • Pest Control for Pan India locations 
  • Visiting Cards for Pan India locations 
  • Maintain courier details & prepare dispatch list
  • Frequently update contact list of all employees.
  • Prepare Authority Letter.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Presentable (Kindly share candidate's pic along with their resume)
  • At least a graduate
  • Excellent Excel Skills
