Head of AI/ML

The Head of AI/ML is responsible for establishing and executing roadmap across the organization. the AI/ML model management approach for the organization. This leader will identify opportunities to apply the latest advancements in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to build, test and validate predictive models to provide maximum value to our customers. This position will lead from the front as a hands-on subject matter expert, architecting and crafting scalable solutions, and driving excellence across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
 

1. Provide first class machine learning and strategic input to projects and ongoing operations; leading thinking and strategic planning for design, implementation and direction of AI/ML initiatives
2. Develop capability roadmaps and program roadmaps to support implementation of AI/ML fabric for digital transformation
3. Effectively partner with Sales and Delivery teams to help drive the execution of a successful data strategy on how best to drive the evolution of RTS
4. Working with both internal teams and the client to establish advanced analytics strategies
5. Provide project oversight and manage a team of consultants, project managers for client delivery
6. Produce AI/ML thought leadership by leading and facilitating technical-leaning content, workshops, etc
7. Build and deploy end to end ML models and leverage metrics to support predictions, recommendations, search, and growth strategies
8. Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of analytics experience, with 5 (recent) years of hands-on experience building or leveraging advanced MLOps
• Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, and/or Julia
• Well-versed in Cloud; AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Demonstrated experience leading in a client-facing role, including technical client service (I.e., consulting experience)

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

• MS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Machine Learning solutions, machine operating frameworks and leveraging specific machine learning architectures (e.g. deep learning, LSTM)
• Advance knowledge of LLM (Large Language Models), Open Source ML, Big Data, and numerical programming frameworks be needed
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Highly innovative, creative and analytical in developing solutions to business problems
