- Engineering Degree and MBA
- 10+ years’ experience in Account Management and Sales with at least 5 such years in Semiconductor business. May not be a bad idea to target some EDA sales guys too.
- Deep Account relationships across procurement layers and engineering layers of the organizations
- Track record of achieving quarterly and annual goals
- Has managed business worth USD 3-4M from each account.
- Good inter personal skills, charming and go getter.
- Has cross regional & cross functional collaboration skills.
