Preferred candidate profile: • Minimum of 7+ years overall experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow Solutions including HRSD, Now App Engine, ITOM, ITBM and ITSM solutions • 5+ years of proven experience as an senior developer in designing and implementing ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, CSM, Custom applications and integrating with several 3rd party applications such as Oracle or SAP. • At least four years of end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience. • At least 2 years of ServiceNow UI Builder experience is a must. • Hands-on knowledge of creating portals – service portals and employee service centre is a must. • Hands-on knowledge of creating & customizing Workspaces: HRSD, Custom Workspaces, Procurement, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management et al • Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow Source-to-Pay product will be preferred. • Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow Universal Request product will be preferred. • Strong understanding of CSDM model along with expertise on products, assets, sold products and install bases and their relationship with Accounts and Consumers • Strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of business strategy and policies that govern the ServiceNow platform and possesses advanced ServiceNow knowledge and skill. • Proven experience with key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including Azure AD, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS • Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Flows, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc. • Excellent knowledge on Enterprise Security and Architecture, middleware and discovery technologies, data dictionary database design schemas and data modelling. • Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
