TM-Cloud Engineering & Automation

• Design and execute the overall strategic roadmap for the cloud architecture
• Define standards (and/or select cloud vendor products) for the overall architecture in coordination with the solution architects and engineering leads
• Continue improving cloud product reliability, availability, maintainability & cost/benefit–incl. developing fault-tolerant tools to ensure general robustness of the cloud infra
• Manage capacity across public and private cloud resource pools–incl. automating scale down/up of environments
• Provide inputs to IT financial management for cloud –costs associated with capacity build-out, forecast for cloud IT investments, etc.
• Developing and maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
• For private cloud environment, configure and provision NGI (next gen initiatives) physical stack –incl. rack-level design and other support activities needed from operations/facilities teams
