Description

You will provide second line technical support to customers and partners, resolving issues within the IT environment and supporting the Service Desk.

Responsibilities

• Resolve second line technical issues to ensure fast response times and meet SLA and KPI targets.
• Support the provision of equipment to military personnel and corporate partners.
• Clarify customer needs to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Lead and impart technical knowledge to the rest of the team.
• Engage in projects and take the lead on current and future technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure.
• Experience with Desktop support and IT service provision.
• Proficiency with Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Experience managing Windows and Group Policy objects.
• Knowledge of Adobe products.
• Experience with Virtualisation including Hyper-V and VMware.
• Knowledge of Trellix (McAfee Enterprise).
• Ability to obtain SC Clearance.
• Degree or any Graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NetApp, Splunk, Veeam, or SharePoint.
