Key Skills: M365 Skills, Integration, Dynamic CRM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and external applications.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, custom actions, and Power Automate flows.
• Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs for seamless application integration.
• Develop integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management.
• Customize Dynamics 365 CRM using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Work with Microsoft Dataverse and Common Data Service (CDS).
• Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Implement secure authentication using Azure Active Directory, OAuth 2.0, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Perform data migration using SSIS, KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, or Data Export Service.
• Optimize CRM performance and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver business solutions.
• Create technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment guides.
• Participate in code reviews and follow DevOps best practices.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) technologies and CRM solutions.
• Expertise in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse (CDS) and Dynamics 365 data architecture.
• Proficiency in developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience implementing authentication using Azure AD, OAuth 2.0, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience with data migration tools such as SSIS, KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, or Data Export Service.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.:
