Description

You will design, develop, and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and external applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows within Dynamics 365.
• Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs for seamless application integration.
• Implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management.
• Customize Dynamics 365 using C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Optimize CRM performance and troubleshoot complex integration issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and integration.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies and CRM solutions.
• Expertise in Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse (CDS) and Dynamics 365 data architecture.
• Proficiency in developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience implementing authentication using Azure AD, OAuth 2.0, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with data migration tools (SSIS, KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory) and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and source control.
• Ability to create technical documentation and integration specifications.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
