Description

Manage and secure the Microsoft 365 environment through proactive monitoring, policy implementation, and incident response.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Microsoft 365 health and performance to prevent or mitigate system issues.
• Review system alerts and logs to respond to security incidents.
• Develop and implement security plans using Windows Defender, Data Loss Prevention, and Advanced Threat Protection.
• Identify gaps in security policy and implement revised administration standards.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain security hardware, operating systems, and software.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in network security.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Defender.
• Proficiency in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) protocols.
• Experience with Advanced Threat Protection (ATP).
• Ability to install, upgrade, and maintain security hardware and software.
• Proven track record in security policy development and administration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience automating network processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assisting with user and group management and incident response efforts.
