Description

Own the creation and validation of accurate 3D models for petrochemical Digital Twin deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Capture precise geometry to build realistic 3D models for design, analysis, and simulation.
• Integrate multi-source data into intelligent asset visualizations for digital twins.
• Diagnose and rectify deviations in existing oil and gas facility models using AVEVA E3D and Smart Plant 3D.
• Automate tasks such as updating UDAs and extracting Navisworks/Review files using PML macros.
• Configure and troubleshoot the extraction of deliverables including MTO, piping isometrics, equipment lists, and weight reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in 3D modelling and asset visualization.
• Expertise in AVEVA E3D and Smart Plant 3D software.
• Proficiency in Programmable Macro Language (PML) for task automation.
• Experience extracting and configuring Material Take Off (MTO) and piping isometrics.
• Technical knowledge of instrumentation, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and civil disciplines.
• Ability to define technical specifications and modelling guidelines for outsourced projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
