Description

You will manage the design, build, and optimization of assigned applications within the 3M360 system platform.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between end-users, operational leaders, support resources, and vendors to deliver high-quality application solutions.
• Provide ongoing application support and optimization to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with the Service Desk to resolve service requests and technical issues.
• Analyze business requirements and workflows to implement software updates and improvements.
• Execute project implementation tasks, including analysis, testing, and documentation for medium to high complexity activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application support or system implementation.
• Deep healthcare domain knowledge and systems expertise.
• Ability to implement medium to high complexity applications with minimal guidance.
• Experience in software testing and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional application workflows.
• Must be a W2/Green Card holder or US Citizen.
• Any Graduate degree.
