Description

You will provide third-line technical support within the Service Operations team, managing network infrastructure and high-profile user requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily contact with customers and stakeholders using IT Service Management tools.
  • Monitor event management tooling to perform triage and escalation of network issues.
  • Support and maintain network services across customer sites.
  • Work within assigned shift patterns of 07:00 – 15:00 or 11:00 – 19:00.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering or technical support.
  • Cisco IOS knowledge.
  • Experience with Juniper Switches and JUNOS.
  • Proficiency with SolarWinds.
  • Working knowledge of vCenter and NSX-T.
  • Experience managing Active Directory and Windows Servers.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
  • Degree or any graduate-level education.
