You will provide third-line technical support within the Service Operations team, managing network infrastructure and high-profile user requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily contact with customers and stakeholders using IT Service Management tools.
- Monitor event management tooling to perform triage and escalation of network issues.
- Support and maintain network services across customer sites.
- Work within assigned shift patterns of 07:00 – 15:00 or 11:00 – 19:00.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering or technical support.
- Cisco IOS knowledge.
- Experience with Juniper Switches and JUNOS.
- Proficiency with SolarWinds.
- Working knowledge of vCenter and NSX-T.
- Experience managing Active Directory and Windows Servers.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
- Degree or any graduate-level education.
