Description

You will provide third-line technical support for network infrastructure and high-profile user requirements. You manage daily stakeholder communication and handle event triage using IT Service Management tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor event management tooling to triage and escalate network issues.
• Support and maintain network services across customer sites.
• Manage daily contact with customers and stakeholders.
• Work within assigned shift patterns of 07:00 – 15:00 or 11:00 – 19:00.
• Travel to customer sites as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or technical support.
• Proficiency with SolarWinds.
• Cisco IOS knowledge.
• Experience with Juniper Switches and JUNOS.
• Working knowledge of vCenter and NSX-T.
• Experience managing Active Directory and Windows Servers.
• Degree or any graduate-level education.
