You provide third-line technical support for network infrastructure and manage high-profile user requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor event management tooling to triage and escalate network issues.
• Support and maintain network services across customer sites.
• Manage daily communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Handle event triage using IT Service Management tools.
• Work within assigned shift patterns (07:00–15:00 or 11:00–19:00) and travel to sites as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or technical support.
• Proficiency with SolarWinds.
• Knowledge of Cisco IOS.
• Experience with Juniper Switches and JUNOS.
• Working knowledge of vCenter and NSX-T.
• Experience managing Active Directory and Windows Servers.
• Degree or graduate-level education.
