Description

Engineers own the production, maintenance, and optimization of 5G core network components and associated infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain 5G Core components including AMF, SMF, UPF, PCF, and NRF.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, signaling errors, and data path issues to ensure service availability.
• Develop comprehensive architecture and operational documentation for core and wireless infrastructure.
• Perform capacity planning, network optimization, and high availability design reviews.
• Collaborate with operations and infrastructure teams to assist with RAN integration and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering or systems administration.
• Deep expertise in 5G Core architecture (AMF, SMF, UPF, PCF, NRF).
• Strong background in supporting WiFi infrastructure, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
• Proven ability to define design standards and ensure alignment with 3GPP standards.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management and system administration.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
