Description

You will design, implement, and maintain 5G core network architectures while managing fault resolution processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement 5G core networks, accounting for architectural differences from previous generations.
• Manage fault tickets from initial diagnosis through to closure, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
• Resolve L1 core team alarms and escalate critical, service-affecting faults to L2 teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive technical resolutions for customer care tickets.
• Maintain core functions including SMF, UPF, AMF, NRF, NSSF, PCF, UDM, AUSF, MMSE, SAEGW, SPGW, or ePDG.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in 5G, CUPS, or LTE environments.
• Hands-on experience with 5G core network design and implementation.
• Proficiency with core functions: AMF, MME, SAEGW, and SPGW.
• Deep understanding of Cloud Native Architecture, microservices, and containerization.
• Working knowledge of networking protocols: HTTP, DNS, SRV6, TCP/IP, and ICMP.
• Experience with load balancing and standard networking components.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
