Description

You will manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Ab Initio platform across on-prem and cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute Ab Initio installations, upgrades, and system maintenance.
• Implement Ab Initio Platform using GKE and containerization tools.
• Manage deployments across RedHat Linux and OpenShift operating systems.
• Develop Ansible Playbooks from scratch using YAML to automate workflows.
• Monitor cloud security, platform integration, and vendor integration across GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Ab Initio installations, upgrades, and configurations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio ETL tools.
• 2+ years of experience as an Ab Initio System Administrator.
• 2+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• 2+ years of experience with web architecture including Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, or JBOSS.
• Strong knowledge of RedHat Linux, networking concepts, and shell/PowerShell scripting.
• Proficiency in one or more: C, C++, Java, Perl, Python, Go, or Shell.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows using Git, GitHub, and Jira.
• Knowledge of Ansible Playbooks and YAML.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) installations.
