Description

You will design and implement ETL processes and data warehouse architectures using the Ab Initio stack. You drive project architecture by authoring functional and design specifications, ensuring data quality through robust modeling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable data flows, interfaces, and testing frameworks.
• Create technical documentation for design, unit testing, handover, and walkthroughs.
• Implement data modeling and warehousing solutions.
• Drive project architecture by authoring functional and design specifications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT with a focus on ETL and data warehousing.
• Expertise in Ab Initio components including GDE, PSETS, PDL Programming, and Meta Programming.
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Graphs and the usage of Plans.
• Practical knowledge of Ab Initio parallelism techniques.
• Proficiency with Ab Initio AIR and m commands.
• Strong Unix shell scripting skills.
• Experience with Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
• Experience working within the Ab Initio Business Rule Environment (BRE).
