Description

You will design and develop scalable enterprise-grade ETL processes using Ab Initio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop highly scalable ETL processes and frameworks within the Ab Initio GDE.
• Implement ETL flows for slowly changing dimensions (SCD) Type 1, 2, and 3.
• Develop complex code and business rules to load data into target systems.
• Analyze and resolve production issues while gathering requirements directly from clients.
• Lead and guide the development team to deliver high-quality ETL solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in design and development using Ab Initio.
• Hands-on experience with Ab Initio plans, continuous flows, and micrographs.
• Proficiency with Ab Initio components including Normalize, Join with DB, and Rollup.
• Expertise in XML handling using components like XML Split and XML Combine.
• Strong knowledge of Unix and Shell Scripting.
• Solid understanding of Database management and performance tuning.
• Experience across all phases of the SDLC.
• Proven ability in requirement elicitation, documentation, and business process modelling.
• Experience with system and user acceptance testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Talend ETL tool.
• Knowledge of Jira.
