Description

You will design, develop, and maintain backend ETL systems and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems to ensure business continuity and live system stability.
• Create and manage DevOps processes, application infrastructure, and cloud-based database models.
• Collaborate with modelers to align requirements with reusable and automated capabilities.
• Implement automation capabilities and reusable components across the development lifecycle.
• Implement automated software builds and deployments in distributed cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development and Ab Initio.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or Teradata development.
• Proficiency with cloud environments including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience managing code repositories such as GitHub or EME, including versioning and branching.
• Working knowledge of data platforms like S3 and Snowflake.
• Experience working within Agile engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and software testing methodologies.
• Understanding of observability and service reliability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing automation in distributed cloud environments.
