Description

You will design and manage complex data pipelines for processing very large data volumes.

Responsibilities

• Develop Ab Initio Graphs and Plans using GDE, including Conduct It, generic graphs, PSETs, and PDLs.
• Optimize performance by analyzing complex graphs and implementing parallelism techniques such as PBK, PBRR, and Pipeline Component parallelism.
• Manage the full development lifecycle including EME check-in/check-out, m utilities, and air commands.
• Lead technical teams, interact with end users, and create project architecture and operations documentation.
• Maintain and extend business rules within the BRE or ACE environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Ab Initio development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical or team lead role.
• Fluency in Spanish is compulsory.
• Strong expertise in Ab Initio components including Rollup, Scan, Join, Partition, Gather, Merge, Sort, and Lookup.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills for Oracle DB.
• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting.
• Experience with Autosys and Control Center for job scheduling and execution.
• Hands-on experience with Express IT app config and EME commands.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Ab Initio Operation Console.
• Experience with Ab Initio BRE or ACE environments.
