Own the design, development, and optimization of complex ETL pipelines and data warehousing solutions using Ab Initio.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ETL and API solutions leveraging Ab Initio’s massively parallel processing architecture.
• Develop complex Ab Initio ETL processes, translating business requirements into robust technology data solutions.
• Drive the design of resilient, recoverable, and scalable data architectures for global implementations.
• Write complex SQL queries in Oracle for data transformation, analysis, and validation.
• Manage codebase and configurations using version control systems like Git.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio (batch and real-time processing).
• Deep expertise in ETL design patterns and data warehouse architecture.
• Proficiency with Ab Initio GDE, Control Centre, Plan IT, and Conduct IT.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle database management and complex query writing.
• Experience with Unix basics and shell scripting.
• Ability to perform functional and non-functional assessments for data engineering projects.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, data governance, and secure coding standards.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, data mining, and strategic thinking in data engineering.
