Description

You will design, integrate, and implement end-to-end ETL business solutions using Ab Initio.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Ab Initio code, including graphs, components, and DMLs based on source and target analysis.
• Develop detailed ETL specifications and high-level or detailed design documents represented as flow diagrams.
• Execute system and integration test plans to ensure adherence to ETL standards and architecture.
• Perform data analysis to resolve data-centric issues and conduct system impact analysis for change requests.
• Lead junior developers and provide technical support to PV and UAT teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio tools, including GDE, MDH, and EME.
• Strong proficiency with UNIX and Control-M Scheduler.
• Extensive experience with RDBMS, specifically IBM Db2 and Postgres.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end data warehousing and reporting solutions.
• Experience working with PHI, PII, and sensitive data within strict security standards.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC and ability to provide accurate time estimations.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience with ETL processes involving medical/Rx claims, healthcare enrollment, or providers.
• Competency in using Visio for architectural flow diagrams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Cognos or Tableau.
• Experience with Ab Initio Continuous Flows for developing web services.
• Familiarity with Query>IT and BRE.
