Description

You will lead A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize web and mobile user experiences using Adobe Target.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to deliver statistically significant insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, UX/UI, and analytics teams to define hypotheses and prioritize tests.
• Analyze test results using Adobe Analytics to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members on optimization techniques, data analysis, and testing best practices.
• Refine testing processes and methodologies to improve program efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in A/B testing and optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Target for test design, implementation, and segmentation.
• Expertise in Adobe Analytics for tracking user behavior and creating custom reports.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting test implementations.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for deep statistical analysis.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud suite tools.
• Competency in data visualization using Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of statistical methods and significance testing.
• Familiarity with tag management systems and version control via Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other testing platforms such as Google Optimize or Optimizely.
