Description

You will provide technical expertise for SAP HCM environments and lead S/4HANA conversion projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ABAP objects, including List, interactive, and ALV reporting.
• Implement interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications using BAPIs, BDC scripts, and web services.
• Design and manage forms using SAPscript, SMART Forms, and Adobe Forms.
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, and analysis of ABAP logs and dumps.
• Draft technical and functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP debugging within Human Resources (HCM) modules.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA conversion projects and implementation.
• Proficiency in Dialog Programming, User-Exits, and Customer Enhancements.
• Experience with ABAP Objects and Workflow management.
• Ability to research and apply SAP Notes to resolve technical issues.
• Technical proficiency in SAP ABAP Web Dynpro.
• Strong functional and configuration knowledge of HR/HCM modules.
• Experience in support testing and data migration processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Build Management processes.
