Description

You will develop and maintain ABAP code to enhance SAP Payroll SuccessFactors systems, focusing on Employee Center and Compensation modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write ABAP programs to meet functional and non-functional requirements while adhering to quality standards.
• Develop custom reports, interfaces, and data transfers for SAP ECP enhancements.
• Configure production environments and install applications to ensure system functionality.
• Define technical solutions for IT bottlenecks and perform code quality checks to resolve recurring incidents.
• Collaborate with HR Product teams to align technical developments with business processes and ensure compliance with security and privacy controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ABAP coding.
• Deep expertise in SAP Payroll SuccessFactors systems, specifically Employee Center and Compensation modules.
• Strong understanding of security compliance and risk controls within payroll environments.
• Proven ability to write clear, maintainable, and efficient ABAP code.
• Experience performing quality assurance on code and software systems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage urgency in high-pressure situations.
• Experience with SAP ECP, custom reports, and data transfer requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• SAP ABAP Certification.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management processes.
