Description

You will develop and optimize ABAP applications within a modern SAP S/4HANA landscape using the RESTful ABAP Programming Model.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ABAP applications on HANA using RAP to improve system performance.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Fiori apps by integrating RAP services with SAP S/4HANA.
• Create custom programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, BADI, and BAPI to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the HANA database and ABAP applications.
• Perform code reviews and use performance tuning techniques to ensure high-quality development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ABAP development.
• Proven experience with ABAP on HANA and the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP).
• Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of OData services and REST API development using ABAP.
• Experience with HANA SQL and the SAP HANA Database.
• Proficiency in developing enhancements, BADI, BAPI, and IDocs.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP Gateway.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform.
