Description

You will lead technical consulting and development for complex SAP implementations, managing customer-facing delivery and mentoring a team of 5-10 ABAP developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 ABAP developers, managing customer-facing responsibilities.
• Enforce minimal customizations, prioritizing standard SAP processes and retiring unnecessary Z-code.
• Implement custom logic outside the core ERP using SAP BTP, microservices, or cloud-native tools.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize RICEF objects on SAP HANA using ABAP.
• Support integrations between SAP components such as ECC, S/4HANA, EWM, and GTS.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in SAP implementation and support.
• Proficiency in ABAP on HANA development.
• Proven expertise in S/4HANA clean core strategy (greenfield and brownfield).
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Activate methodology and ITIL processes.
• Experience with SAP modules including SD, FICO, MM, PP, or QM.
• Development and support of integrations with ECC, EWM, SCM, AATP, or GTS.
