Description

Manage and extend the Absorb Learning Management System to meet organizational training requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Customize, configure, and maintain Absorb LMS for content management, user roles, and reporting.
• Design and develop Learning Management Portals to improve user experience.
• Build portal enhancements and integrate LMS platforms with enterprise applications using AWS Serverless.
• Drive release and deployment activities for all learning platform updates.
• Troubleshoot complex LMS configuration and integration issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working with Absorb LMS.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS Serverless architecture.
• Proficiency in .NET development.
• Hands-on experience with React or Next.js.
• Experience integrating learning portals with broader enterprise IT ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
