Description

Manage and extend the Absorb Learning Management System to support organizational training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Customize, configure, and maintain the Absorb LMS, including content management, user roles, and reporting.
• Design and develop Learning Management Portals to improve user experience.
• Build portal enhancements and integrate systems with enterprise applications.
• Drive release and deployment activities for learning platform updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Absorb LMS.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS Serverless architecture.
• Proficiency in .NET development.
• Strong experience with React and NextJS frameworks.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining LMS configurations and integrations.
• Ability to integrate LMS portals with existing IT systems and enterprise applications.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other LMS tools.
• Background working within the Life Sciences industry.
