Drive business development and provide academic guidance within the UPSC education segment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on academic goals, course selection, and personalized career planning.
• Develop intervention plans for students facing challenges by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops on study skills, time management, and exam preparation strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student interactions, counseling sessions, and progress reports.
• Act as a liaison between students and faculty to resolve academic concerns.

Required Skills

• 1 to 5 years of experience in direct sales within the UPSC education segment.
• Proven track record in sales and exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Expertise in direct sales, e-learning, and edtech environments.
• Ability to manage offline marketing activities.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
