Description

You will guide prospective and current students through course selection, academic planning, and career advice. You will own the full cycle from lead generation to enrollment conversion.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calling, research, and outreach to identify students interested in online courses.
• Contact potential students via phone, email, or in person to establish rapport and convert leads into enrollments.
• Provide academic counseling and career advice to help students achieve their educational goals.
• Market designated courses to leads generated through marketing efforts and other sources.
• Respond to inquiries regarding available courses and address academic challenges faced by students.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in academic advising or consulting.
• Proven ability in academic advising and academic consulting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with diverse groups.
• Ability to manage lead generation and meet conversion objectives.
• Professionalism when interacting with a broad spectrum of individuals.
• Strong attention to detail and a result-oriented approach.
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to implement new ideas.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in online education or e-learning platforms.
• Knowledge of student retention strategies.
