Description

You will manage end-to-end student enrollment by converting leads into active students through academic guidance and counseling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads via calling, research, and identifying potential students for online courses.
• Contact prospective students to establish rapport and convert them into enrolled students.
• Provide career advice and course selection counseling to prospective students.
• Offer academic guidance to existing students to help them overcome challenges and reach goals.
• Respond to inquiries regarding available courses and follow up to close deals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in academic consulting, student counseling, or career advisory.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with diverse groups.
• Proven ability to manage lead generation and meet enrollment objectives.
• Detail-oriented approach to managing student inquiries and data.
• Any Graduate degree.
