Description

You will manage and support Accela products and COTS applications within a Windows server environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute Accela product installs, upgrades, fixes, and system changes.
• Deploy adapters and perform detailed analysis of system logs.
• Provide production on-call support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Develop technical documentation and perform automated, performance, unit, system, and UAT testing.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience in Windows server support.
• 7 years of experience with Accela products or COTS applications.
• 7 years of experience in Accela application system support.
• 5 years of experience with .NET, ASP, VB Script, or Batch Script.
• 5 years of experience performing automated, performance, unit, system, and UAT testing.
• 3 years of experience administering Oracle Service Cloud, MySQL Database, and OPA.
• 2 years of experience using ITSM service desks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
