Description

You will configure and customize the Accela platform to meet specific agency requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Configure Accela platform components including scripting, expressions, standard choices, page flows, and user roles.
  • Maintain and enhance integrations with Bluebeam, ESRI ArcGIS, and MSSQL systems.
  • Develop reports, database views, and stored procedures using SSRS and SQL Server.
  • Package and deploy scheduled and off-cycle Accela releases.
  • Collaborate with QA and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Accela Automation and Accela Citizen Access (ACA).
  • 3+ years of Accela experience within a municipal or transportation agency.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with MSSQL and SQL Server.
  • 5+ years of experience with SSRS and database development.
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam.
  • Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS.
  • Ability to maintain documentation and inline code commentary according to development standards.
