You will configure and customize the Accela platform to meet specific agency requirements.
Responsibilities
- Configure Accela platform components including scripting, expressions, standard choices, page flows, and user roles.
- Maintain and enhance integrations with Bluebeam, ESRI ArcGIS, and MSSQL systems.
- Develop reports, database views, and stored procedures using SSRS and SQL Server.
- Package and deploy scheduled and off-cycle Accela releases.
- Collaborate with QA and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Accela Automation and Accela Citizen Access (ACA).
- 3+ years of Accela experience within a municipal or transportation agency.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with MSSQL and SQL Server.
- 5+ years of experience with SSRS and database development.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam.
- Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS.
- Ability to maintain documentation and inline code commentary according to development standards.
