Description

Manage complex IT technical projects and facilitate knowledge transfer for Accela and integration products within local government land development departments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to complete projects within specified deadlines.
• Document project objectives and technical requirements to execute effective implementation plans.
• Organize and lead technical focus groups with infrastructure, network, and desktop services personnel.
• Monitor project progress and manage workflows using ServiceNow.
• Develop technical and user-friendly communications for internal staff and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in information technology.
• 3+ years of experience managing IT technical projects within local government settings.
• 3+ years of experience working within land development departments of local governments.
• Direct experience with Accela, ePermitHub, Selectron, ServiceNow, SeeClickFix, and File360.
• Proficiency in document management servers and ITIL tools.
• Experience with MS Project and Visio.
• Strong ability to document technical requirements and create project plans.
• Proven ability to manage heavy volumes and meet demanding deadlines.
