Description

You will support the Senior Accela System Administrator and end users by managing permitting-related applications and Accela platform configurations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and performance issues to minimize business impact.
• Estimate level of effort for requested changes and document application solutions.
• Perform systems analysis, configuration, testing, and change management across the development lifecycle.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement best practices to ensure a stable application environment.
• Provide direct customer support and end-user training to various agencies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional IT development experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle) syntax to generate simple and complex queries.
• Experience developing custom functionality using JavaScript.
• Experience creating and formatting reports using Crystal Reports.
• Ability to create custom database views and manage database/file techniques.
• Strong technical communication skills for working with vendors, contractors, and internal agencies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
