Description

You will engineer identity governance and access management solutions for a global IAM program.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IAM technologies including SailPoint, CyberArk, Venafi, and Okta.
• Manage the full user account lifecycle, including provisioning, securing, and inactivating access.
• Maintain, test, and optimize Identity Governance and Role Based Access Controls (RBAC).
• Troubleshoot technical IAM issues and develop organization-wide policies and procedures.
• Develop workflows, system configurations, and change documentation to optimize access processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity Management with a focus on SailPoint Administration.
• Hands-on expertise with CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, and Directory Services.
• Deep knowledge of authentication standards including SSO, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• Experience with PowerShell, Perl, Windows, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, LDAP, and SQL.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Directory Integrations and Okta tenant configuration.
• Competency with log management tools such as Splunk, QRadar, and Okta reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile methodologies or using Lean Management tools.
