Description

You will provide strategic advisory and technical guidance to standardize accessibility activities across the enterprise and within the Customer Experience team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Advise on implementing accessibility activities compatible with product management approaches.
• Conduct customer research and apply accessibility insights to guide service design.
• Develop research plans, including accessibility-specific questions for surveys and interviews.
• Review government documents and presentations to provide accessibility feedback.
• Participate in working sessions and executive meetings to present findings and propose solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience supporting Section 508, WCAG 2.0/2.1, and ARIA guidelines.
• 6+ years of experience conducting accessibility assessments, audits, and user testing.
• 6+ years of experience with tools including JAWS, ANDI, NVDA, and ZoomText.
• 3+ years of experience supporting accessibility efforts for a federal government agency or similar organization.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, universal design, and service design.
• Proven ability to write technical and plain language documentation.
• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 10 years of experience, or 18 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Client Trusted Tester certification.
• Experience with UX research methodologies, Agile/Scrum, and service design.
