Description

You will ensure digital products meet legal and usability standards through rigorous accessibility compliance assessments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth WCAG 2.1 Level A/AA, Section 508, and ADA compliance assessments via manual reviews and automated testing.
• Test web and mobile interfaces using assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
• Compile detailed reports documenting accessibility failures and provide actionable resolutions to developers.
• Implement WAI-ARIA standards and apply accessibility principles to UI and UX designs.
• Integrate accessibility requirements into the development lifecycle within Agile environments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in accessibility testing and compliance assessments.
• Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1 (Level A/AA), Section 508, and ADA requirements.
• Hands-on experience with web assistive technologies: JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver.
• Hands-on experience with mobile assistive technologies: TalkBack and VoiceOver.
• Strong understanding of WAI-ARIA standards and implementation.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Experience with Salesforce.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS.
• Knowledge of SQL.
