Description

You will conduct comprehensive accessibility assessments for web and mobile applications to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 and ADA standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed manual testing using assistive technologies like NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
• Utilize automated tools including axe DevTools, Lighthouse, and WAVE, validating results through manual review.
• Identify and resolve accessibility gaps in keyboard navigation, focus management, screen reader interaction, and dynamic content.
• Create structured audit reports with actionable recommendations for engineering and design teams.
• Evaluate user experiences for individuals with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in accessibility testing, engineering, or inclusive design.
• Strong expertise in WCAG 2.2 Level AA and ADA accessibility standards.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications built with Angular and React.
• Experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android, including React Native.
• Proficiency with screen reader testing and assistive technology validation.
• Ability to evaluate visual contrast, form behavior, and focus management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering and QA teams.
