You will ensure websites and software are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accessibility tests across various platforms to identify usability barriers.
• Report findings and technical issues clearly to the development team.
• Develop and implement structured accessibility testing plans to maintain compliance.
• Perform manual and automated testing of web-based applications.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in accessibility testing.
• Familiarity with accessibility laws and guidelines including ADA and WCAG 2.1.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools such as JAWS, NVDA, Axe, and Lighthouse.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their relationship to accessibility.
• Experience with manual testing of web-based software.
• Experience with automated accessibility testing and interpreting results.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with assistive technologies.
• Experience designing accessible user interfaces.
