Description

You will execute accessibility testing across web and mobile platforms to ensure compliance with WCAG standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform automated accessibility testing using AXE, WAVE, Insights, Lighthouse, ARC, Headings map, and Sort site.
• Conduct manual testing including keyboard-only navigation, page zoom (200% and 400%), color contrast analysis, and mobile-switch mode.
• Validate screen reader compatibility using NVDA, JAWS, Narrator (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), and Talkback (Android).
• Document detailed defect reports and provide remediation guidance for accessibility violations.
• Collaborate with clients on guideline interpretation and work with development teams on defect triage and explanation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in accessibility testing.
• Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 guidelines.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and ARIA attributes and roles.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for project management and defect tracking.
• Hands-on experience testing on Mac, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Ability to perform regression testing and defect retesting within an Agile process.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of remediation techniques for accessibility defects.
