Description

Execute comprehensive accessibility testing across web and mobile platforms to ensure WCAG compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute accessibility testing using automation tools including AXE, WAVE, Insights, Lighthouse, ARC, and Headings map.
• Perform manual testing for color contrast, page zoom (200% and 400%), grayscale, inverse color, and mobile switch mode.
• Conduct keyboard-only navigation testing using NVDA, JAWS, Narrator, VoiceOver, and Talkback.
• Manage defect triage and reporting by providing detailed documentation and remediation guidance to development teams.
• Collaborate with clients on accessibility guidelines and design changes while participating in Agile processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in accessibility testing.
• Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 guidelines.
• Proficiency with ARIA attributes and roles.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for project management.
• Hands-on experience with regression testing and defect retesting.
• Strong understanding of the Agile process.
• Ability to use AXE, WAVE, Insights, Lighthouse, and ARC.
• Proficiency in Talkback (Android) and VoiceOver (macOS/iOS).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of remediation techniques for accessibility defects.
