Description

You will ensure digital content and CMS interfaces meet strict accessibility standards through testing, remediation, and strategy development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular accessibility audits using automated tools and manual testing methods.
• Identify and remediate accessibility issues to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2, Section 508, and international regulations.
• Integrate and maintain accessibility features within the CMS and design systems.
• Develop and enforce accessibility guidelines, checklists, and best practices for developers and content creators.
• Document accessibility issues, track remediation efforts, and validate fixes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in web and documentation accessibility.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Sitecore.
• Deep understanding of ARIA landmarks and implementation.
• Experience with assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, and screen readers.
• Proficiency with evaluation tools like Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, and GitHub Co-pilot.
• Experience using Figma and Miro.
• Knowledge of Adobe API accessibility.
• Ability to work with APIs and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Experience with project management and accessibility-related metrics.
