You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert ensuring digital products meet strict accessibility standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth WCAG 2.1 compliance audits using manual reviews, automated tools, and assistive technologies.
• Perform accessibility analysis on wireframes and mock-ups to identify potential violations early in the design phase.
• Develop and maintain WCAG 2.1 compliance processes and VPAT documentation.
• Audit and remediate accessibility issues within PDF files.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting violations and providing code-level solutions for development and QA teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in web accessibility.
• 6+ years of experience as an SME working with WCAG 2.1 and ARIA guidelines.
• Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, ARIA, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with screen readers including NVDA and JAWS.
• Experience using color contrast checkers and other accessibility testing tools.
• Ability to analyze and develop coding standards based on W3C WCAG 2.1 and ARIA.
• Any Graduate degree.
