Description

You will lead accessibility testing efforts and manage a team of 15-20 members within an agile framework.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a 15-20 member testing team.
• Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test strategies.
• Prepare daily and weekly test reports, including defect reports and project metrics.
• Plan estimates, schedule tasks, and identify best testing practices for services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the accessibility testing domain.
• Expertise in the accessibility testing life cycle and processes.
• Experience with agile methodology and frameworks.
• Proven ability in test case planning and design.
• Strong skills in reporting, coordination, and communication.
• Experience in creating and planning project estimates and schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
