Description

You will ensure web applications meet strict accessibility standards through design, development, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform automated and manual accessibility testing using screen readers, text-to-speech, and color contrast validation tools.
• Inspect web application code manually to validate and enforce accessible design practices.
• Design accessible patterns, design systems, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Apply WCAG 2.2 Level AA and Section 508 success criteria across web and mobile platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of digital accessibility experience focusing on Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
• 10+ years of experience with automated and manual testing, including screen readers and development tools.
• 10+ years of web application experience and manual code inspection.
• 5+ years of web, mobile, and web application design, development, and test methodologies.
• Expertise in patterns design and design systems.
• Proficiency in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototyping.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
